THE NORCHESTER POOL IS CLOSED FOR THE 2024 SEASON!
Please come to the pool during pool hours when it opens for 2025 and fill out a registration form. You will be given wristbands to wear for the rest of the summer. There is no charge this summer for the bands. The pool is open to all homeowners and residents who have paid their CURRENT HOA dues.
Norchester Tennis Courts
The Norchester Clubhouse is home to four tennis courts. These are available to Norchester residents (with paid current dues) and Non-residents with a current Norchester Club membership. Access to the courts is available via an issued tennis gate key, which is obtained by completing a registration form, described below. Use of the courts is generally on an “as available” basis'.
Tennis Court Accessibility
Tennis courts are accessible year-round for all members, as fully described below under Schedules. Courts are usable only on a dawn-dusk basis. The lights are not currently available.
Courts may be used by members on a walk on basis (if they are not reserved) on a first come, first served basis for a two hour period (longer if no one is waiting).
Gates to the tennis courts are kept locked. In order to obtain a tennis court key, it is necessary to complete the registration form for a Norchester Resident or NonResident, as applicable (see below). These forms can be downloaded by selecting the proper Tennis Court Key Registration form below. A key deposit of $25 for nonresidents is required. There is no deposit charge to residents for a first key, but replacement keys are $15 for residents. Send the completed form to norchesterhoa@gmail.com. Our coordinator will make arrangements to meet with you at the tennis courts to give you your key and pick up your deposit. (Note: There is a practice basketball half-court accessible to residents with a tennis court key.)
There is no clubhouse staff to maintain the courts on a daily basis, so it is the responsibility of the tennis court users to leave the courts in good condition after use. The tennis gate key provides access to the restrooms at the south end of the clubhouse. Again, it is the responsibility of the user to properly dispose of any personal debris and lock the restroom after use. Users must lock the gates as they leave the facility.
